Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Organize and stock merchandise to maintain an appealing store appearance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and goals.
- Handle cash handling and banking procedures with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
