Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about features and pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock receiving when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
