Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and customers to present company products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Track customer interactions and data accurately in our CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the Orlando area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
