Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and policies.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
