Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Merchandise products and maintain store presentation
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
- Support loss prevention protocols and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
