Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products, including inventory management and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
