Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to stay aligned with company goals.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in our CRM database.
- Represent the company at local networking events and community gatherings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for office-based roles).
