Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional events to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- No prior sales or customer service experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
