Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and community members.
- Assist in organizing store displays and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
