Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify potential clients.
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document client interactions and update the CRM database accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelorâs degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
