Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms for our clients.
- Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, and HTML structure for search engines.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze website traffic and provide actionable insights to the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blogs and articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
