Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python and JavaScript under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals.
- Testing: Assist in the development and execution of unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new programming languages, and best practices through internal training and workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C# preferred) and basic understanding of web development concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
