Responsibilities
- Assist in Software Deployment: Support the deployment of applications and updates across our local and cloud infrastructure.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Technical Support: Provide tier-1 support to internal stakeholders and resolve basic technical inquiries efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting logs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to understand project requirements.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless access points.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and a scripting language (Python or Bash) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in executing technical tasks and documentation.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
