Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist users with system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document and resolve IT tickets using ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Collaborate with senior IT on network and security tasks
- Conduct user training on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
