- Collaborate with the senior technical team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Participate in daily training workshops to stay updated on product features.
- Meet performance metrics regarding call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac OS).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
