Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate material handling equipment after OSHA-certified training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards daily
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support loading/unloading operations with forklifts or pallet jacks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends

- Reliable transportation to North Memphis facility
