Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and completeness.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
