Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking systems and manual counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
