Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management tasks including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Participate in cross-functional training programs for skill development
- Document inventory movements accurately in digital systems
- Support quality control initiatives through regular inspections
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâentry-level candidates encouraged
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
