Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with moderate physical activity
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
