Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance initiatives
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP) preferred
