Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation for system integrations and workflows
- Lead stakeholder workshops to drive consensus on project deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and report on solution performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
