Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems for local businesses
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect client data
- Train clients on new technology solutions
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with team on infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required for client visits
