Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and enterprise applications
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and endpoint protection
- Document IT procedures and maintain updated knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure upgrades
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Conduct system backups and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
