Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain company systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain service logs

- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (A+, Network+)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
