Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure including servers and cloud services
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices for digital workflows
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Certification in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
