Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage network security protocols and data backups
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with team on system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot outages
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Windows/macOS and network infrastructure
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional site visits
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
