Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform quality control inspections on finished products to meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards immediately.
- Package and label finished goods accurately for shipment.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
