Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales/product departments
- Oversee budget allocation and measure campaign ROI through analytics tools
- Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, videos, and webinars
- Present marketing reports to executive stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of developing successful multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
- Local Oklahoma City market knowledge preferred
