- Manage a team of marketing specialists and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Create compelling content that resonates with local audiences and drives engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Marketing a plus
