Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and adjust tactics based on ROI metrics
- Manage social media presence, creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion goals
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and optimize customer journey touchpoints
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven marketing experience with measurable campaign success
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio demonstrating content creation
