Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Administer medications and injections per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control
- Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Colorado state license in good standing
