- Oversee daily warehouse operations and team management (15+ staff)
- Implement process improvements to reduce delivery times by 20%
- Coordinate with transportation partners for seamless logistics flow
- Analyze KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Manage inventory control systems and reduce carrying costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics operations management
- Experience with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven leadership in union/non-union environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent
