Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
- Lead a team of 10+ staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure 99.5% order accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in warehouse/operations management with team leadership experience.
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
