Responsibilities

- Lead team training sessions on new technologies and procedures
- Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or operations management
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
