Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
