Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and counters to maintain visual standards.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and break areas clean, organized, and tidy.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (valid state ID required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
