Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current with new offerings
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (for inventory transport duties)
