Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience in fintech or SaaS products preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
