Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable cloud architectures
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Conduct sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Research emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain)
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap prioritization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong leadership background with 3+ direct reports
- Proficiency in Python/Java and modern frameworks
- CI/CD implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Omaha metro residency or willingness to relocate
