Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native security platforms using AWS and Python
- Mentor 5+ engineers through agile methodologies and code reviews
- Architect scalable solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive incident response and system optimization initiatives
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering cloud security projects
- Strong background in agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience mentoring diverse technical teams
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
