Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 5+ developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Lead incident response and system optimization initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Serverless)
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certifications in cloud architecture or DevOps preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
