Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for network infrastructure and cloud services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity protocols

- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or technical support

- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
