Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support to resolve complex hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technology upgrades
- Support digital transformation initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with network administration and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
