Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare shipments for distribution using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and quality control of outgoing products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and package handling.
- Must be willing to participate in on-site walk-in interviews immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
