Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying climate conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for facility vehicle operation
