Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling the demands of 2026 and beyond, focusing on quantum-ready neural networks.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Spearhead key technical projects that define our trajectory, including autonomous decision-making systems and predictive analytics engines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in line with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and quantum researchers to translate complex concepts into elegant, functional solutions.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Quantum Computing Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms or quantum software development stacks is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
