Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI evolution leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architecture of scalable Machine Learning models and Generative AI systems.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous AI agents into our core product ecosystems.
- Establish frameworks for Ethical AI and data governance to ensure responsible deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future trends into product features.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to accelerate model deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in production environments.
- Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLMs (GPT, Claude).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technological trends and 2026 roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
