Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define the high-level system architecture for our proprietary AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Translate abstract research concepts into concrete engineering roadmaps and milestones.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems for peak performance.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployed models.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role architecting AI or ML systems.
