Responsibilities
- Design and architect novel neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference and massive scale.
- Lead experimental research in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to open-source AI communities.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior researchers and engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
